Eugene David Mazo's campaign committee refunded $2,800 in July

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Eugene David Mazo, Mazo for Congress, refunded $2,800 in July, according to data from the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Candidates can refuse or return contributions for a variety of reasons. Contributions may be refunded, for instance, in the event that the candidate does not want to be affiliated with a contributor, a contribution exceeds legal limits, or the candidate withdraws from a race.

Mazo for Congress has refunded $2,800 total since the beginning of the 2020.
