The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Newark conferred 687 bachelor's degrees and 396 master's degrees in engineering programs.
But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in general computer and information sciences. Data shows the school gave out 217 master's degrees in general computer and information sciences, followed by 207 bachelor's degrees in general engineering technology and 186 bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering.
The institute enrolled 11,423 students for 2017-18, including 8,532 in undergraduate programs and 2,891 in graduate programs.
