The Buffalo Sabres have announced the schedule for the Prospects Challenge, set to take place at HarborCenter in Buffalo. The annual tournament will feature teams from the Buffalo Sabres, New Jersey Devils, Pittsburgh Penguins, Boston Bruins, and Columbus Blue Jackets. Each team is scheduled to play three games between September 11 and September 15.
The New Jersey Devils will open their participation in the Prospects Challenge on September 11 at 7 p.m. against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The tournament for the Devils will be managed by the Utica Comets coaching staff, led by head coach Ryan Parent.
The Devils are slated to compete against the Blue Jackets, Sabres, and Bruins during this event. Their schedule includes a game against Columbus on September 11 at 7 p.m., followed by a match with Buffalo on September 12 at 7 p.m., and concluding with a game against Boston at noon on September 14.
Before heading to Buffalo for the Prospects Challenge, rookies from the Devils will report to training camp on Wednesday, September 10.
