Essex County College issued the following announcement.

ECC Congratulates Daniah Nazhat Al Fatal
Newest Jack Kent Cooke Scholar
Congratulations to Daniah Nazhat Al Fatal, Essex County College’s 18th recipient of the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Transfer Scholarship! The scholarship provides $55,000 a year for 3 years at a four year institution.
A Maplewood resident, Daniah is a Biology, Pre-Medicine major who plans to transfer to Rutgers University.
At the May 24 Essex County College Board of Trustees meeting, Daniah was given a certificate signed by ECC President Dr. Augustine A. Boakye and Giuseppe Basili, Executive Director – Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. She displays the certificate with Dr. Ladylease White, ECC Professor and College liaison to the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.
