The New Jersey Devils were defeated by the Anaheim Ducks 4-1 on November 3, 2025. The game opened with Beckett Senecke scoring for the Ducks in the first period, followed by a goal from Frank Vatrano during a delayed penalty, giving Anaheim a 2-0 lead.

Early in the second period, Cutter Gauthier extended the Ducks’ advantage to 3-0. Despite several key saves by Devils goaltender Jake Allen throughout the first and second periods, New Jersey struggled to generate offense.

Jack Hughes scored in the third period to put the Devils on the board, but an empty-net goal by Kreider sealed the win for Anaheim at 4-1.

The Devils’ lineup featured Noesen, Hughes, Bratt; Palat, Hischier, Gritsyuk; Meier, Lammikko, Mercer; Cotter, Glendening, Halonen as forwards. Defensive pairings included Siegenthaler-Hamilton; Dillon-Hughes; Cholowski-Nemec. Goaltenders were Allen and Markstrom.

For Anaheim, their lineup included Kreider-Carlsson-Terry; Gauthier-McTavish-Sennecke; Nesterenko-Poehling-Killorn; Johnston-Harkins-Vatrano up front. Defensemen were LaCombe-Helleson; Zellweger-Trouba; Mintyukov-Moore. Dostal and Mrazek served as goaltenders.

It was also a milestone night for Devils defenseman Simon Nemec in Anaheim.
