The Seton Hall Legislative Journal is pleased to announce its annual symposium, “Ballots and Democracy: A New Scholarly Agenda.” The symposium will feature four panels with scholars from across the country that focus on:1. a history of ballot design in America2. the empirical effects of New Jersey’s ballot bracketing system3. litigation strategies and ways to challenge the ballot bracketing system4. society’s efforts to educate voters about ballot design.

Registration is free for everyone and includes a total of 7 NJ CLE credits (5.5 PA CLE) https://hubs.li/Q01v0-ML0
